P90 Pitching Development –

Project 90 is a program for pitchers that will give athletes the opportunity to continue their development and prepare them for the upcoming fall season. 

‍Programs will be unique to each athlete. The initial assessment, workload from the spring season, and personal goals will dictate which direction each pitcher will go with their summer training. Each program will include strength and conditioning, mobility, and a throwing program with an emphasis on pitch design, velocity, or recovery. Through oversight & small group work, Project 90 will create a competitive environment that will challenge athletes & assist them in pursuing their goals. 

Tekkers Soccer – 

Iowa Sticks – 

The Iowa Sticks are the premier club baseball program in the great Des Moines area.  We are focused on developing the next generation of young baseball players to reach their full potential on the field while reinforcing habits and behavior that will help them off the field as well. The Sticks have a proven track record of development with over 100 of our players getting an opportunity to play collegiate baseball as well as others making it to the professional level. Our full-time dedicated coaching staff take care of all the development, roster logistics and coordination for games/tournaments at all ages.

Diamond Allegiance –

The Diamond Allegiance helps travel ball organizations run better businesses, innovates their player development, provides career opportunities for coaches, reduces costs for families, and increases the participation of underrepresented communities.  This allegiance is made up of other baseball programs from around the United States that are all looking to help one another become the best they can be.
