Athletic Background: High School | College: Hutchinson CC, Southwestern Oklahoma State University

Joel Baxely was a 2x 1st Team All-Region Utility player and All-American Honorable Mention in high school before attending Hutchinson Community College. He transferred to Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he won a conference championship. His high school and collegiate experience have provided him with extensive baseball knowledge, leading him to a career in coaching immediately after college. Joel specializes in hitting and catching while also serving as the Director of Sticks Strength. He is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist, as well as with OnBaseU.
